Chair 4 is for mature disciples who abide deeply in Christ and help others grow. This is not about perfection—it’s about long-term faithfulness, humility, and multiplication.

What This Season Looks Like

• Deep dependence on Jesus
• Consistent spiritual fruit
• Leading and discipling others
• Living out the Great Commission with joy

Matthew 28:19–20 — “Go and make disciples…”
Mature disciples help others become disciples who make disciples.

Signs of Growth

• Investing in people who invest in others
• Leading with humility and grace
• Modeling Christlike character
• Bearing lasting fruit
• Living with wisdom and discernment

Common Challenges

• Avoiding burnout or overcommitment
• Staying rooted in grace rather than performance
• Navigating complex relational or leadership situations
• Continuing to grow personally while helping others grow
